  • What do I need to get the payday loan?
    You need to reach the age of majority, have a digital copy of your Photo ID such as driver’s license, provide digital copies of the bank statements for the last 3 months, provide proof of address (ex. pay stub copy), have an active e-mail and phone number.
  • How much money can I borrow?
    First-time clients may borrow up to $500; returning clients may borrow up to $1,500. If you repay the payday loans on-time, we will gradually increase the amount that you can borrow up to $1,500.
  • What is the cost (fees) of borrowing?
    There is a flat fee of $21 per every $100 borrowed. There are no extra fees or hidden fees.
  • How long will it take to get the payday loan?
    It will take less than 1 hour to deposit funds into your account after you have been approved. Just fill in the online application in about 5 minutes. In order to speed up the process, have the required documents ready in digital files – we support PDF documents and pictures in JPG format (please read the instructions at the end of the page in order to find out how to print bank statements to PDF documents instead of paper).
  • When I have to repay the payday loan?
    We provide payday loans until your next pay date. On your next pay date, we will automatically debit your account for the loan and the interest.
  • How do I repay the payday loan?
    Just have the required funds available in your bank account on your next pay date – we will take care of the rest.
  • What happens if I don’t pay back my loan on-time?
    If our pre-authorized debit attempt has been declined by your bank due to insufficient funds in your account, we will charge you $20 for the missed payment.
    At this point, we will do our best to make an arrangement with you and try to resolve the issue for the period of 62 days during which your interest will be accumulating. If we can’t recover the funds over a reasonable period of time, your account may be passed to external collections institution. If you don’t work with us and continue to fail your repayment, credit bureau(s) will record your debt and will keep it on file for six years.
  • Is the service affected by holidays and weekends?
    Your application can be approved even on holidays, however the banking system may apply some delays; please check with your bank for more information. Please note, that we will always notify you via e-mail when the deposit is made on our end.
  • What if I have a bad credit or no credit history at all?
    You can be approved for a payday loan even without credit history or bad credit. As long us you receive income, you can qualify for a payday loan.
  • I am in bankruptcy; can I qualify?
    Clients that are in bankruptcy are not qualified; however discharged bankruptcies may be qualified.
  • Do I need to have a job?
    You need to demonstrate a regular income and be employed, contractor, freelancer or consultant.
  • Is online application difficult to complete?
    The online application is very easy and can be completed in about 5 minutes. In order to speed up the process, have the required documents (ex copy of Photo ID, etc.) ready in digital files. The short tutorials at the end of this page will explain how to prepare digital files.
  • If I don’t qualify for the requested amount, can I get a smaller loan?
    Yes, you can get a smaller amount then originally requested. If you qualify for the smaller amount based on our system, we will notify you and would give you an option to get a smaller amount.
  • Do you offer loan extensions or rollovers?
    No, we do not provide extensions or rollovers – in fact, this is illegal.
  • Can I apply for a second payday loan?
    All clients can apply for more then one loan as long as they have repaid their original loan in full. Only one payday loan can be issued at any given time.

Payday Loans FAQ – How To Produce Digital Copies Of The Documents

Photo ID Specifications

  • We accept:
    • Driver’s License
    • Health Card
    • Canadian Passport
    • PR-Card
  • Photo ID copy can be produced by using:
    • Scanner
    • Digital camera
    • Cell phone camera (on most modern phones)
  • Copy can be an image (.JPG or .JPEG) or PDF file
  • Size must not exceed 1 Mb (megabyte)
  • Copy must be sharp, colored and readable

Address Proof

  • Acceptable utility bills:
    • Home phone
    • Cell phone (only from Rogers, Fido, Telus, Bell, SaskTel)
    • Cable Internet
    • TV
    • Water, Gas, Heating
  • Copy of utility bill can be produced by using:
    • Scanner
    • Digital camera
    • Cell phone camera (on most modern phones)
  • Utility bill must not be older then 3 months
  • Copy can be an image (.JPG or .JPEG) or PDF file
  • Size must not exceed 1 Mb (megabyte)
  • Copy must be sharp, colored and readable

Bank Statements - For Mac users with Safari Browser

Most banks provide an option to print monthly statements via their website (contact your bank for help).

Here is how to print monthly statement to PDF document instead of paper:

  1. Login to your bank’s website
  2. View monthly statement for the last month;
    All transactions for selected month should now be displayed
  3. Find & click “Print this page” button
  4. Pop-up window should appear with Print settings:
    Step 1 for Mac OS X users with Safari - print bank statements
  5. Click on PDF drop-down list, and choose “Save as PDF…” option
    Step 2 for Mac OS X users with Safari - print bank statements
  6. Type a file name, select destination folder, and click save
    Step 3 for Mac OS X users with Safari - print bank statements
  7. Please, repeat this procedure in order to generate two more PDF documents for second and third last months. At the end, you should have 3 PDF documents that cover statements for the last 3 months.

Bank Statements - For Windows users with Google Chrome Browser

Most banks provide an option to print monthly statements via their website (contact your bank for help).

Here is how to print monthly statement to PDF document instead of paper:

  1. Login to your bank’s website
  2. View monthly statement for the last month;
    All transactions for selected month should now be displayed
  3. Find & click “Print this page” button
  4. Pop-up window should appear with Print settings:
    Click on “Change” button
    Step 1 for Windows users with Google Chrome - print bank statements
  5. Click on “Save as PDF” option
    Step 2 for Windows users with Google Chrome - print bank statements
  6. Make sure “Destination” is set to “Save as PDF”, and click “Save” button
    Step 3 for Windows users with Google Chrome - print bank statements
  7. Type a file name, select destination folder, and click save
    Step 4 for Windows users with Google Chrome - print bank statements
  8. Please, repeat this procedure in order to generate two more PDF documents for second and third last months. At the end, you should have 3 PDF documents that cover statements for the last 3 months.

Bank Statements - For Windows users with Internet Explorer or FireFox

Windows users who use Internet Explorer or FireFox will not be able to print documents to PDF files, unless they purchase and install Adobe Acrobat or a third party driver such as Cute PDF.
